Just got this 2004 F150 Lariat, and lost oil pressure, pulled straight to the side and motor is locked. I am looking to find what years I can interchange with this 5.4 3V. I have been told that I can use a 2006 and just have to swap the intakes. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am obviously new to this truck and engine. Thanks!

 

Pretty sure that most any 5.4 3V will work if you put you current intake-manifold on it.
