Rough Running 5.4 Liter

My father has a 2003 Expedition with a 5.4 Litre Triton enigine. Currently it running very rough and often stalls out. There are times, we can simply shut the engine off and restart it and it is fine. However, it seems to be stuck in the NG mode all the time now. The check engine light stays and is giving the following codes. P0355,P0354,P0356,P0358,P0320
I have changed COP's on 1,4,5,6,7 in the last year. The crank position sensor was changed 2 weeks ago and had NO effect.

It seems to be that for *this* many codes at once it is something other than the COP's. Some sort of an overall electrical or fuel system.

any idea of what may be wrong?

Short to voltage or ground on COP driver circuit
Open on COP driver circuit
Loose connection at coil or broken connector locks
Bad Coil (COP)
Faulty Powertrain Control Module

After having his vehicle in a couple local shops and me posting this last week we think we found the issue.

One of the local shops had installed a new crank position sensor which seemingly made the issue worse(at times).

Just after making this post I had him check the crank position sensor. While doing it he noticed that the wire on the connector seemed "junked up". He moved the wires around. Now the Expidetion is running great. His CD player also started working.

We traced back the changes to the vehicle and when this issue started my parents were coming home from a trip to florida where they drove through a major ice storm.

He is now looking to change his wire and connector.
