My truck has been misfiring and recently the engine light finally came on so i could get a code. i plugged it in a few times prior but it did not read anything. finally i found out it was cylinder7 misfiring. i replaced the coil and found antifreeze in the well. It seems to run good now but the antifreeze is slowly going down. Is this a head gasket issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can not seem to find a leak anywhere that would run into the well because the hoses dont appear to run on that side.

 

Cracked manifold? that was my problem i got anitfreeze in my cylinders, thats what caused my misfire
