need power!! help me!

i just got a 2007 f-150 5.4 and i was looking for a cheap or free power boost. please help me out

Cheap or free won't get you anywhere. Unless you want to rip the interior out and get rid of 300lbs. Otherwise.. Exhaust, E fans and a tune are pretty basic mock ups for a NA motor.

Cheap , Free ?

Sell that one and purchase a lightning. Or purchase a tuner.

I considered buying a 08 truck once drove it and was not impressed my 99 is way faster. They say custom tunes really wake them up though.

Cheap or free? Hate to break it to you but if you're looking for performance gains it's going to cost you.
