is the security light flashing when you try to start it? the pats system shuts the injector driver off so it wont start could be as simple as needing a new key

Correct me if I am wrong but the 00 F250 had the PATS system. Which would mean it is a programed key. Same question as before... is the theft light blinking while trying to start it????
