Improved MPG
About 2 months ago I asked for some advice for better MPG.
I was getting 7.5-8 mpg @ the time. Slowly I've been working on your suggestions.
First thing I did was change out the fuel filter, air filter and the oil.
I figured I wanted performance so I used Amsoil air & oil filters plus a Wix fuel filter.
This bumped me up to 9-10 mpg.
Did the brands make a difference I don’t know, but I was impressed.
Today we had great weather & I had the time.
I cleaned the TB, MAF and did the Gotts mod.
After I Took the truck up to mom's & back (108 mile trip) my mpg jumped up to 14.5-15.
I could not believe this so I had to drive around & show off to the bros.
Next will be my Gryphon CTS, e-fan, under pulleys and plugs.
