Hello I have a 2006 f250 Super duty with a 5.4. The truck has a slight skip at Idle and slight hesitation on take off. It seems like it runs pretty good going down the rd until, when your going up a hill or grade it is more noticed but not all the time and it really hesitates and skips when floored or alot of throtle applied . I have replaced the fuel filter and a couple coils. The scaner said Cyl #2 is lean. Code 174 and 316 Where should I begin. The truck Is a high milage highway vehicle 212000. But kept near perfect. I just bought it and didnt know where I should start. I dont know when the plugs were done last. I sprayed carb clean around the intake to check for a vacume leak and it didnt change the idle.
