Fuse 32

I have an '07 F150 w/ 5.4 w/apprx 95K miles. Truck started running rough yessterday. So I changed plugs again and it's still running rough. Truck goes into 'limp-home' model and check engine light also comes on. I found fuse 32 blown. I replaced it a couple of times but it continues blowing out. Truck is completely stock.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I would sure like to find problem before going in to dealer.
Thanks,

Start by checking the O2 sensor harnesses to see if any are lying on the exhaust.

My neighbor has an inexpensive code reader. Three messages were given: mis-fire on cyl 3, knock sensor on bank 1, and ignition miss.
I will look underneath and check the O2 sensors, wiring on knock sensor. And I may just go buy another coil.
