That O2 harness should have had a black plastic snap plug on it. It's a real pain to remount it and you have to have small or long hands to get up above the manifold to the back of the block (Yes, I speak from experience). Accidentally pulled mine out when unhooking the sensor. Got it changed and snapped back in place. It actually took longer to remove the fender liner than to change and remount the sensor harness. You might want to have some spare black plastic plugs available. There are at least three on the fender liner and they can be damaged easily.

Assuming a "new" 2004, you probably blew fuse F32 in the central junction box (CJB). That fuse supplies power to a number of devices , all of which are named or related to all of your fault codes.

If it were warmer weather, you would also have notice that your A/C isn't working since the clutch coil also is fed by that fuse.

Verify if that is the problem. If so, we can go into the likely causes.
Good sir,

I plan on being in in Alaska in a few years when my granddaughter turns 16. I'll help you drink the case of beer then!

Thank you guy for helping me fix the same problem.

Projectsho thank you. I also gave had the exact same thing happen to me. Sure enough it is fuse #32. I have been told everything from I need a new engine to I need new timing chains. You are the man.
