O2 sensor part number

I need to replace the passenger side upstream o2 sensor.

does anyone know the part numbers for this replacement? I found Bosch 15717 and 15718 as well as Motorcraft DY1093.

for an 02 5.4L

Thanks

That is difficult to believe...

Look up Motorcraft number at www.forparts.com then go buy it.

Rock Auto says the fronts are DY835. $47.89. Bosch is 15664 and cost more.

You are looking at rear sensors.

thanks for the link, but it runs me into the same problem i've been having. every time i search for something it just floods with information. universal fit, direct fit, alternate fit. what does it all mean?

i know to get bosch or motorcraft, but, of all these parts listed, which can i or cannot use?

You are looking at rear sensors.
15664 Oxygen Sensor - OE Type - Exact Fit - Upstream Sensor Two required; 4 Wire; Heated; Check / Replace Interval: 100,000 Miles V8-cc 5.4L FI EngDesg GAS.

glc has the number above.

If your Manifold and Y pipe is OEM, stick with "Exact fit". That's the easiest route. I would replace with the same, either Bosch or Motorcraft; whichever you have currently, -and replace both upstream at the same time for best results. No need to worry about Alternate, Universal, etc, -unless you have a custom set up that relocated bung locations further downstream.

Yea, - "Exact Fit" - Upstream.

thank you. i have a completely after market exhaust but the driver side o2 still fit in the new location.

reason i only asked about the passenger side is because i had longtube headers sitting around for a year or two. finally got around to installing them and turns out they didn't fit. had to get the exhaust done so i got shorty headers and everything else had been cut out or replaced already. i had already cut the sensor wires for a TEMPORARY extension installation but that stayed under there longer than i wanted.

again, thanks for the help.
