it posted the following codes: multiple/random misfires(P0300), camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction(P0340), system too lean (bank 1(P0171) and 2(P0174)), and Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow insufficient detected (P0401)

so I guess all I can do at this point is just replace the spark plugs and wires, and hope that gets rid of the lean codes and the misfire codes(although the lean codes may be a fuel filter since its been about 2 yeas since I replaced that), either that or just ignore it until the engine explodes and I am forced to find a 5.4l engine and put that one in.

plus if your wondering how many miles I have, I have no idea, my odometer went out about 6 years ago and it was at 256k miles
