Throttle Position Sensor Bad?

With autotap I am seeing 18% at idle and 93% wot. Do you think the TPS is bad? Autotap says it should be close to 0% at idle and 100% wot?

It is a 5 volt signal, so 18% of 5v=.9v which is within range, as is 93% or 4.65v. If the value was zero would the engine start at all?? Dunno.
The pcm checks the voltage from the tps on start up and uses the returned value to operate.

When those go bad or flaky, you'll usually know it. Trans tables get goofy. The PCM is good about picking up a TPS fault as well.
