If you actually meant 0.3" and not 0.03" then:

I don't know what engine you have, but...

if you have a 4.6L, you'll get a 5.4L,
if you have a 5.4L, you'll get a 6.36L.

In any case, you'll probably get a big ball of fire as a best case scenario (if you don't completely cut through the cylinder walls that is), these engines are not meant to be bored out like that.

If, on the other hand, you simply had typo, and meant 0.03" you would get a much more reasonable 4.67L and 5.5L respectively.

I have no idea what you would need to do if you're only boring out 0.03", I just wanted to point out that, if you had in mind to bore 0.3"...it's probably a bad idea

If your motor is fine and you are strictly looking for a performance increase by putting in .030" bigger pistons, you will get an un-noticeable power gain at a huge price.

Well, I guess if you raise the compression ratio you would get a noticeable power gain, but you could do that just as easily with a stock bore.

If the cylinders are damaged so bad they need an overbore and the motor needs rebuilding, it will probably be more cost effective to drop in a junkyard motor with a little life left in it.

Boring 30 over is not done for any performance reasons - it's done when rebuilding an engine that has worn or scored cylinder walls.

Even a .060" over bore doesn't make much of a difference.
