Ok here is the dilema....the previous owner of my motor had a spark plug insert put in, it's a 5.4. Here is the problem....they used a steel insert and the threads blew out on it and the plug came out. How do I get the old insert out ??

 

Depends on type of insert. If it is a helicoil or similar cheapo thread repair just drill it out. If it is a timecert or other more permanent insert you may need a new head.
