Cold engine idle problem

My 2003 4.6L engine has a slightly rough idle that last for about 10 seconds after start up. It only happens when the truck has set for several hours (over night, after work) and does not do it after the initial startup. Out side temperature is not a factor. It seems as though it may be flooding? Any ideas?

Rockauto.com lists them, and they are dirt cheap, literally only a buck or two. However, with the shipping cost, you might as well get them from the dealer.
