5.4 more than usual power loss after a/c is turned off
HELPPPP ok so i know that a/c is going to put a slight damper on the power the 5.4 puts out but when i turn it off it feels like im pulling trailer and wont accelerate properly .... i have changed the plugs... coil packs .... airfilter..fuel filter/pump .... and its still doing the same thing ???? its almost like the compressor is stuck in the on position even after i turn the ac off ?????? please any help would be wonderful

is the compressor making noise? How many miles are on the truck? how about yer cats? Might stop off at a muffler joint and have them look at them. They can test them pretty quick usually with an infrared thermometer..
