New truck needs tune up.

I just recently purchased a 06 super-cab 4.6, and was wondering what type of oil and plugs i should run in it. I plan on doing the tune up myself but no one is sure whether its full synthetic or a blend . I planned on using a Ford Motorcraft Oil 5w30. Any ideas or suggestions let me know. The motor is running just over 100k miles.
