What about changing plugs on a Late 2008?

I have heard about the nightmare of changing the plugs on the 5.4 04-early 08 models. The coil on my plugs are brown which i "think" means that it is a late model 08. So when should I change my plugs and will it be easier?

What does your manual say? Most are getting around 100,000 befroe they change them. If it starts running rough before that, then change them. It's straight forward, no threat of the breakage problem.

The difference between the two plugs.

The top ones are found with the brown boots.
The bottom ones are found with the black boots.
