PO304 Code

98 4.6 with245k started stumbling on the road. Shows #4 misfire....whats the usual? plug...wire....fuel filter....coil pack or all the above?

coolant dripping on the plug from the heater core lines above it

Wires go bad frequently

If you haven't replaced plugs and wires in over 60k I would change all and check the coil packs performance. Don't forget the dielectric grease!
