what in your opinion is the best camshaft to get for a 5.4l engine that is gonna be doing street driving with some towing and has the distinct possibility of having a turbo added to it at some point in the future

EDIT: also for the sake of me not starting another thread does anyone know what parts of a 2001ish engine are forged, I know I read that one of them comes with a forged crank and pistons or something like that
