5.4 aftermarket cam?
Can u add a aftermarket small cam to a 5.4 without any issues? I would love the sound!

Sure, but small cams won't give you the lopey sound you are after.

How big would i have to go to get a little lope? and how does the computer respond?

Comp describes each cam here. Cost would be about $ 100 less than listed.

you need to change the springs also if you with enough cam
