Timing Chain Tensioner

I own an 04 SC XLT w/ 66000 mile on it and I just wanted to get a feel on how soon I would have to replace the timing chain tensioner. So, if you have had to change yours could you post your truck, miles and how many times if it was more than once.

as long as you are good about maintenance and use good quality oil and filter you shouldnt have a problem with the tensioners

I just had a cam phaser done and new lifters and rockers on the passenger side. Not sure how much longer I going to keep this truck. It's starting to become a money pit.
