Best spark plug

I am in the process of changing plugs on my 03 KR 5.4
The ones I took out are Autolite, had them changed at 75k by dealer
Now I have 160k and doing it myself.
What would be the best replacement plug to use?

Thanks

You can never go wrong with the stock plugs. I have Denso iridium's in my truck.
