I was going to change my anti-freeze today and when I took the cap off I noticed the neck of the radiator was covered in sludge. I'm not sure if the truck's ever had a rad flush or not but I change the coolant every year. My question is will it cause any problems to get the rad flushed?

 

It would be a good idea, but if the radiator is weak, it may expose some leaks.
