Wont start

I have a 99 4.6. I keep having this problem where randomly the truck just wont start. Ill be driving around run in the bank or whatever real quick, come out and it wont start, when it just ran fine 5 minutes ago. When i try to start it, it either wont fire at all or will run real rough at around 300-500 rpms. This happened once 4 months ago and started up after about 20 mins and didnt happen again. Now its happened twice in two weeks. I have no idea what to do on this one.

Thanks
