My 5.4 3V wont shudder, but will skip in certain situations. One example was the other day I was getting on the freeway but got behind a slow truck. As i got on the entrance ramp going about 45-50, I felt like my engine slipped for just a second. It's not the tranny because it will happen in between shifts. I think I might need new plugs. Any thoughts?

55000. Im also wondering if the headers and dual setup I have is affecting this? but I dont think it would. programmer is unplugged and still has the same problem.
