How to remove porcelain from sparkplugs

Hi I started changing plugs on my 2005 f150 super crew with 117,000 miles on a 5.4. Well I picked up tools, parts and waited for warm weather. Well all the plugs broke and I used the latest tsb to the letter. 3 plugs broke the porcelain and the Lisle worked great. 5 plugs porcelain did not break and are still in the head. Does anyone have a good way to remove the porcelain so I can use the Lisle tool? I was thinking needle nose vise grips.

From: Georgia on my mind...
Reach in there with some long needle nose pliers, grab the porcelain and break it yourself.

Blow out the fragments with compressed air before carrying on with the extraction.
