Shaking!

2002 F150 4x4 95k miles

spring break i go back home...it rains so i went mudding at my towns lake

went mudding for prob 2 hours max, of course i cleaned my truck, undercarraige engine etc,.

school started again today so i drove back last night
as im driving back i get to the interstate and i pick up speed...about 90 AVG
normally my truck doesn't shake like it did, in fact it has NEVER done that

so i am driving and my truck just starts to SHAKE very violently...so i slow down..i get back to around the 65-75 area and it doesn't shake anymore but i go back up to 80+ and it starts to shake again, even my grill guard is shaking

during the mudding adventure i did go through a massive pit and got about 1 foot of air leaving the pit

during my break i was going to get a few things done but didn't...and now i think is even better time to do it

Oil Change
New Battery
Tires Rotated
Aligned

i think now i need to get them to look at my engine? help me out here please

and no flaming about what my dad says "DON'T TAKE THAT DAMN TRUCK MUDDING"

I would focus on getting the front of the truck up and inspecting the front end. Check for any play in the wheels, check the cv axles..tie rod ends..bushings...etc. I'm not sure a missfire would cause that much shaking, if its only at a certain speed like you described, its most likely in the front end especially if your mudding/jumping it. The ifs system is not that durable, not that they wont hold up, just easier to throw something out of whack.
