Need help with misfire on 2004 5.4 3v

Ok well truck has 145000 miles. when driving at normal speeds truck is fine but if you stomp on gas like when passing cel starts blinking engine looses power and sounds really weird. it does it when truck hits 4200 rpm. checked code and it shows P0307. replaced cop and still same thing. also if you stay in the gas while its running bad it also throws a code for bank #2 rich. replaced plug in #7 and still same thing. so i swapped #6 and #7 coils along with swapping #7 injector with #5 injector to see if it would show a P0305 or a P0306 but it still showed misfire on 7. engine also has the sounds of bad cam phasers that everyone is talking about. any ideas? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks, Chad

What did the plug in #7 look like when you pulled it.

Sounds a bit like this ..

you did reset the codes each time? I've seen where carbon build up can cause missfires in the 3v. Low fuel pressure can also be a cause. Compression test might be in order.

Theres a thread a couple of weeks back a guy with an 04 or 05 3v tried every thing ended up taking it to the dealer they said it was carbon build up in his intake i think it was. Seems like his deal was also the po307 code..
