Open the door and turn the key on - can you hear the fuel pump running?

On a more pessimistic note read my recent thread updated today "Rear ended, won't start." Short version is my 06 with 82K was running fine when it went into the body shop following a rear end collision. It cranked and ran fine several times at the shop until one day it sputtered and died. It wouldn't start for heck or high water for the next three days. They checked everything - fuel pump, fuel pump controller module, emergency cut off switch, etc, etc, etc. Today they put a new set of plugs in it and it started right up. So good luck. Hope it's something simple...

Thanks for the help so far. The bad thing it has 48,000 on it so it is out of warranty and the lease is up on it in a month and 10 days...AHHH
