Switching oil weight

My truck has 145k on the clock and I've been using 5-30 in it since I got it with 70k. Ive noticed lately that it uses around a quart between oil changes. Is it time to change to 10w-40 or should I stick with the 5-30?

Thanks

a quart is really nothing to worry about and you should never put anything in it but the recommended oil and filter. 5w-20 or 5w-30 with a motorcraft or better filter. Change your PVC get one from ford.
