PO232 Code w/ Edge Tuner
Im getting a PO232 fuel pump circuit high after changing the programming in my Edge tuner on my 97 F-150 4x4 Lariat with a 4.6l engine
This has happened before about 18 months agoand I hooked the tuner up to the computer and installed any available updates that were there at the time and or something sosolved the problem.
The truck has only 60,000 miles and the only problem I have ever had with it since new is twice Ive had misfire codes. Once cleared the codes rarely showed back up but the misfire continued until the problem was eliminated by replacing the plugs and wires..My 97 has 2 coils instead of the coil on wire configuration
The only thing different that I can notice since the code showed up ios when the engine is at operating temp and I stop the truck the idle momentarily drops lower than usual...about 490rpms or so for a second or less.
