COPs?

I just paid big bucks to have a shop change my plugs on my '04 5.4L Lariat at 93K miles because of the horror stories i've read on this site. Next day CEL came on. I bought an Actron cp9125 scanner and had code p0351. Swapped out #1 cop with #3 cop and cleared code. No more codes but getting misfire on scanner but it doesn't tell me which cylinder and the truck is idling rough at stops.
I've been reading the threads about replacing all the cops and using the ebay website and for dg508 but when go the site and scroll down they don't seem to fit my application.
Will they work for me or do I need a different part#?

No, you need 3 valve coils, not DG 508's, those are 2 valve coils.
