I know alot of you have done this before..i have done it on a old jeep but it was simple..had lots of room to work. I was just wondering what all is going to need to be done so i can change it out? What will need to be pulled? Thanks

alternator fan shroud you could probably do it without removing the radiator but its not that hard to get it out. If you havent ever taken the lower hose out those oem clamps are a drag. You'll need to get the loaner tool from auto zone to get the fan off or use the hammer chisel method..

I'd suggest replacing the fan clutch which means you only have to take the blade off and forget about having to beat the old clutch off of the old pump. It's highly likely that the clutch is toast too and may be the reason the pump seals went bad. Check it for any wobble and play. But if you have it that far apart, I'd just replace it and know yer good for another 100,000 miles.

You place a hard chisel on the counter clockwise side of the fan bolt and give it a nice hard wack with a BFH. Better if you get the autozone tool..

Dunno. Ask them for the tool that is use for removing fans.. They might be able to figure it out or some who has actually used it might chime in. Last time I needed my fan off my brother inlaw did the hammer chisel method but he is a professional mechanic. He said an air hammer is better. guys here say they have that loaner tool at autozone that makes it much easier. I've never seen it.

I got a tool but its a PITA to use, I just use a a big bar and a large cresent wrench. My tool is one that wraps around the bolts on the water pump pulley buts a pain to get it set right and then it slips a lot
