Squealing noise when down shift

Whenever i WOT the truck, it downshifts and almost sounds like the belt is squealing right when the RPMs shoot down.. Always thought the truck was just breaking traction, but it doesnt sound "good". Not really a huge concern, just would like to know what it might be...

just rent yourself the serp belt tool for the tensioner or your hands with be destroyed by the fan if you use a ratchet
