Engine surges

I recently bought a 1989 Ford F250HD, and had to replace engine 460(long block), replaced plugs.plug wires,and injectors. Engine still surges, anyone
have any suggestion.

Vacuum leak, faulty MAP sensor, loose ground wire, bad PCM. How far you want me to go with possible causes for the symptom with what little info you have given?
