00 plug gap

We got my wife a late 00 expedition so it has the COPs on the engine 4.6L I had to replace a cop earlier this year and I am thinking I better get the plugs taken care of before winter what is the plug gap supposed to be and is there any particular plug that is better for these trucks. I usually use regular motorcraft copper plus. but I am open to suggestions. Thanks for any info.
