Need a little help

Hey guys, I pulled the codes on my 88 f250 5.8L and found the following.

67: Neutral safety circuit failure. (I knew about this one, No money to get the part)

29: Insufficient input from vehicle speed sensor.

33: EGR valve opening not detected. (The Canister isn't hooked up, Will be soon though)

41:HEGO sensor circuit indicates system lean.

On 41 is where my question is. What is could be causing my lean problem?
Thanks!

That acronym looks like it probably stands for Heated Oxygen (O2) Sensor - The O2 sensor has an electric pre-heater in it to get it up to operating temperature faster. Either you have something that is forcing the engine to run constantly lean, or you have a bad sensor.

Probably the sensor, But the wires coming from the current one looks new. I guess it could always be a defected unit. Could it be a dirty fuel filter?

Thanks!
