97 F150 hard to start when temp drops below 30 degrees

Having issues with F150 starting in mornings after sitting all night... only when temp gets just below 30 degrees. It will turn over but won't fire up, seems like it will start a little easier if I first pump gas peddle first, but still not starting the way it should. Anyone had this problem ? It's not that cold yet, but won't be to long down the road.

When temps are in the problem range put a fuel pressure gauge on it and take a key on engine off reading. Water could be in the fuel filter and freezing.

New Plugs, Wires, Air and Fuel Filters? Clean the MAF sensor and the IAC valve.

if you havent changed the fuel filter thats probably the problem.. Fuel gets thick when its cold if you have a clogged filter thats when it will stop letting enogh fuel pass.
