idle problem

Hey everyone. I just picked up my truck from the dealer and drove it home. When i am driving slow (rolling basically) the engine idles at like 1000rpm, but when i come to a stop it kicks down to 500rpm real fast. I brought it in for a common tranny problem that ford recognized and made recal codes for. So they reflashed the computer to fix that problem. Would the reflash cause this issue? Is this even an issue, or will it go away as i drive it more? I am gonna drive into work tomorrow and if it is still doing this i will be calling them to bitch once again.

Take it back and have them check it. The reflash could be the problem.

Disconnect the battery for 20 minutes to clear the computer, then drive it for a few days to let it relearn. If the problem doesn't fix itself, then take it back.
