truck is an 02 5.4 2wd with pi heads. the lower intake has a hairline crack in it. i read that you can swap out the aluminum intake manifold off another year f150, but can't find what years exactly.. can anyone help me out? truck has 110,000 miles on it too

as long as it's a PI intake it will swap right over

I snagged a metal intake off of a '99 for my '01

 

99 is the only year that has an aluminium intake

 

alright thanks guys... have to redo my head gasket while i'm doing this because it's leaking too

 

you can get the composite intakes fairly cheap
