Red face Going full throttle on my 5.4

Hey,

I am normally very easy on my truck, and I hardly ever "giver" when driving it, but once in a while I'll pan it on the highway, just because its fun. The truck is a 2000 with 132,000 miles on it. I just feel like its so bad for the motor, but I'm so paranoid about everything.

How often do you guys get on the loud pedal?

I floor mine everyday. lol If they weren't meant to run, they would have put the rev limiter at 3,000rpms. You have to air them out every once in a while.

That sucks lol, I bet it feels a little different when you guys do that. You guys probably don't have to pull yourselves forward in the seat to make seam like your fighting the G's , - In case someone's looking .

WAIT!, - Is that messed up?

ever see those old people driving them lincolns and cady's and they blue smoke taking off from a light?... thats cause they have been driven easy, you need to beat an engine to make it last....
