ported heads or cam?

ported heads or cam?
Hey everyone i have my turck in getting some work done on the heads. i was thinking of gettting one of the 2 done while it was apart. What are the pros and cons of both of them.

I forgot to say its a 2004 5.4 3v. it will also depends on what voids warrenty to because it is a new motor.

either will void the warranty... get the heads ported and get cams. both work good together, one with out the other doesnt do much.
