oh my b i read that post wrong, it only really noticeable when i start it up cold, at operating temp u cant really hear it so when i turn it off at operating temp u cant hear it. but when i go to start my truck in a hour or 2 after shuting it off i hear that water flowing noise, idk this is getting hard to explain sorry guys. lol bout to just go to the mechanic or sumthing
Ahh, okay,- Yea clean that cap, they do plug up and WON'T eventually bleed out as they should. Mine did this at one time, not as bad as yours, your also over-pressurizing the system, if you can hear it when running. This is creating Hot Spots inside the engine. Something bad may happen if it continues.
Listen to what I'm posting and you can fix this.
Either follow Ford Service, here -

Or go vertical, about 45 degrees upgrade and crank the heat and sit there for a few lol. - Make absolutely sure you clean the cap well.
Good Luck
