Jeez man, do a little research before just cranking away; there is info all over the 'net on this procedure, especially on Lightning/SVT-specific sites like NLOC, etc.

The supercharger pulley screws off, and it's a reverse thread (clockwise to loosen). You will need a 1/2" breaker bar (at minimum) and the appropriate allen wrench (14mm?) in the hub of the pulley. Remove the cage from around the pulley first.

You will also need to lock the transmission to prevent the crank from rotating while removing the pulley. You remove the dust shield on the flywheel case and fab a metal tab from flywheel to dust cover bolt hole.

Then, if you're incredibly lucky, the pulley will break loose. They can also be incredibly impossible to remove. If it doesn't come loose easily, you'll need to put a floor jack under the breaker bar (plus cheater bar) and slowly raise the jack until the pulley breaks free.

Many pulley kits include the allen wrench and tranny lock tab.

Also do a search for more info.

I hope you weren't cranking on an aftermarket supercharger drive pulley, they have 3 bolts inside the hub

we need some pics so we can see what you are doing wrong
