Idle problem

I have a 2001 5.4 pickup and most of the time when I crank it, it has problems idling. If I barely depress the gas peddle to increase idle speed, it runs fine.

Is this probably the throttle position sensor?

If so, is this sensor hard to replace and if not just where is the sensor.

It is also a cheap easy fix.
