Taking the truck to FORD

in the morning.

driving it today, I felt a slight hesitation and shudder. You could also hear it in the exhaust tone.

Then the engine light came on.

Stopped by the Autozone to get the codes read before I got home and received the following

174 and 307 I believe.

Lean Bank and #7 misfire/injector.

I am sure that it is either the injector or the COP gone bad.

The truck is an 2008 with only 14k miles on it. Sucks but hey, that is what the warranty is for right?

Oh well, I will give an update tomorrow.

Have you been washing the engine? Gotta be careful doing that, get water in the cops and all hell can break loose.

Ford dealer replaced the #2 spark plug and coil + a blown fuse related to the issue,
$300 out the door.... not horrible but not cheap either... truck runs fine now.
