Possible Blown Head Gasket???

I have a 98 f150 with the 5.4L. I have a known coolant leak so i check it every know and then and top it off cause at the moment i dont have the money to fix because of school. today i checked it and it had these thick foamy brown bubbles in the coolant that werent goin away. I kinda looked like oil but not completely sure. I checked the oil also to check for coolant in it but it looks fine so im really not sure if the head gasket is blown or what. Any help would be nice thanks.

The coolant system hasnt been serviced in a while. It looks to me like the leak is on the left side of the radiator if you lookin at the truck from the front. its leakin from somewhere in the fins i think.
