Question PCV hose?

Can someone identify this for me? I need a code if it has one and the name of the part. It woudn't hurt to know where I can get one online also; mine broke when reattaching it. It works between the intake and the PCV valve.

Just walk up to any dealer's parts department window. [sarcasm]The guy probably has them under the counter since they're a high-failure item. [/sarcasm]

I'm not so sure about them having it projectSHO because I called my dealer in Jamaica and they told me they don't stock it. What is the official name of it? What do I look for on Rock Auto?

You won't find it on line. You have to go order from the dealership.

PCV Assembly.
