O2 sensor

I have a 2000, F150, 5.4 , 4x4, auto. AT 116,000, the check engine light came on, code said o2 sensors. Had all 4 sensors replaced. Short time later, light came back on reader said o2 sensor passenger side . Had all of the wires run, substituted sensor from drivers side, to no avail. Reset check engine light . Engine went 500 miles and light came back on, code was for the sensor heater on passenger side. What do I do now, mechanic thought it might need a new computer, faulty wiring in computer?? I found that I have a number of broken exhaust manifold bolts on passenger side, a couple on the drivers side. So far I am not impressed with Ford.
I have recently replaced plugs and coil packs, Oh and not to forget the rear end. Thanks in advance for your help, this forum has saved me a lot of money.

What were the codes, should say on the write-up ?

You don't have "Coil packs", you have "Coils" = CoilOverPlug (COP) Ignition on that one,-big difference. Coil Packs run more than 1 cylinder = 4 cyl on modulars.

Anyway, post the exact codes if you can. I can tell you right now tho, you need to get those studs fixed. - Need more info.

O2 sensor

Thanks for the quick response. The initial codes prior to O2 replacement were P0141 and P0172. After replacement code was P0141.
Yes I know I need to replace to exhaust manifold bolts, was wondering if the shorty header that Summit puts out would be a useful addition to increase torque? I tow with this thing and it is short on power.

O2 sensors

Thew brand on the O2 sensors was Bosch, clip on. Not the splice. Wiring looked good, no burns.
